Our SWYC Anglers educational seminars have cocktails, fishing prizes, and you GET TO LEARN more about fishing techinques and styles. Your SWYC Anglers are dedicated to ensuring your success on the water. Let us help you improve your fishing skills.

You don’t have to be an expert fisherman. Our seminars and tourmanents are designed to INCLUDE you and help bolster your fishing skills. When you sign up for our touraments you become part of a FUN & competitive group. Our tournaments are NOT about flexing muscle. They are about teaching and improving fishing techniques and skills.

Your SWYC Anglers host all kinds of fun and delicious banquets from small to large events. Our tournaments can have hot dogs & hamburgers. Our fancy, fun dinners can have a specialty entre, like a large peice of swordfish to a freshly caught rock cod for our famous fish taco dinner. Help us raise money for fishing and community causes
Yes, of course! We at the SWYC Anglers committee are focused on helping to raise money for our events. Our fundraising pays for our fishing events, prizes, dinners, and seminars. We want to make sure all our events are fun and comfortable for everyone. We do the right things right! Further we raise money for Benefit on the Bay causes to help our fellow San Diegan community. We are greaful to be invovled to help San Diego be a better place to live and thrive.
Compete for a fishing award from the Anglers
Who knows, you could be up for an award from your SWYC Anglers. We have an awards dinner every year and give a SWYC Anglers jacket and gift for the top catch winners for a number of species of fish. You have to be a member of the Anglers to recieve an award. Take a look at our awards categories in the menu bar.
